Was it the only AD domain controller? If so, then NO, you can’t.
If there were other controllers in the network that were synchronized to the other controller, you can promote one of them to master, re-creat the (I assume) failed AD controller, then transfer control back to the “newly installed recovery”
Even if you create all the names exactly the same as the old controller the SSID will be different and cause you problems if you don’t have a 2nd controller that you can promote, then move back.
